1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the MG Digital website (mg.digital), our client portal, or our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

MG Digital provides digital marketing services including but not limited to SEO, PPC advertising, social media marketing, content marketing, web design, web development, branding, and marketing automation. The specific scope of services is defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Client Portal & Marketing Analytics Dashboard

Our client portal provides authorized users with access to marketing analytics dashboards, project management tools, and reporting features. By using the client portal:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You agree not to share your login with unauthorized parties
• You acknowledge that dashboard data is derived from third-party platforms and may have inherent delays or discrepancies
• You understand that analytics data is provided for informational purposes and does not constitute a guarantee of results

4. API Integrations & Third-Party Connections

Our platform integrates with third-party services including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, and Meta Ads. By connecting these services:

• You authorize MG Digital to access data from these platforms on your behalf via OAuth 2.0
• You confirm that you have the necessary permissions to grant access to the connected accounts
• You understand that MG Digital is not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or service interruptions
• You may revoke access at any time through the connected platform or our portal settings
• Data retrieved from third-party integrations is governed by our Privacy Policy

5. Account Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and complete information required for service delivery
• Grant timely access to accounts, platforms, and assets as needed
• Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and connected integrations
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account

6. Payment and Billing

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Invoices are due within the period specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and may incur additional fees. View our pricing plans for more details.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, strategies, and deliverables created by MG Digital remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership of agreed deliverables transfers to the client as specified in the service agreement. The MG Digital platform, client portal, and all associated software remain the property of MG Digital.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement, including analytics data, marketing strategies, and integration credentials. This obligation survives the termination of the agreement.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our website and client portal. However:

• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily affect service availability
• Third-party integrations are subject to the availability of external platforms
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice

10. Limitation of Liability

MG Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services, client portal, or connected integrations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services in question. We are not liable for any data loss or inaccuracies arising from third-party platform changes or API modifications.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• The client is responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date
• All connected third-party integrations will be disconnected
• Client portal access will be revoked
• Stored data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, unless otherwise requested

12. Website Use

You may not use our website for any unlawful purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the proper functioning of our website or client portal.

13. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
